NSF/ANSI 55 Class B Certified Reactors
HERGY offers NSF/ANSI 55 Class B certified reactors for POU and POE water systems. Our certified models cover flow rates from 2 to 50 LPM (0.53–13.2 GPM).
For example, the UD6 delivers 2 LPM with 3 W of power. The UD7 series offers 2.8 LPM and 6 LPM options. Meanwhile, the UE1 delivers 50 LPM with 35 W of power.
As a result, customers can select a certified reactor based on flow rate and system needs.
Compact and Efficient UV-C LED Water Reactor Design
A UV-C LED water reactor uses mercury-free light to treat water. It also supports instant-on operation without a warm-up period. Unlike traditional UV lamps, they allow flexible control without a warm-up period.
In addition, HERGY uses patented reactor technology to support water disinfection. Our team also focuses on optical design, heat control, and electronics.
These design features help customers integrate UV-C LED water reactors into compact treatment systems.
POU and POE Water Treatment Applications
Our POU reactors support water filters, dispensers, and under-sink systems. In contrast, POE reactors serve larger water treatment needs in homes and commercial buildings.
HERGY also provides other reactor models for a range of applications. However, NSF/ANSI 55 Class B certification applies only to the specific certified models.
